Nursing home planning is vitally important. Nursing homes can cost between $230 and $300 a day. If you or a loved one enters a nursing home, will all of the assets be lost? The MassHealth (Medicaid) planning landscape is fraught with pitfalls. The law in this area is constantly changing.
